Veal Or Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal tenders or chicken tenders
    flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Lightly flour tenders; cut into small pieces.
    In large skillet with oil, brown meat.
    Add onion, garlic and oregano; cook until onion is almost done.
    Add salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add 1 teaspoon flour; add wine and broth.
    Cook until it thickens.
