Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. thyme or sage
2 c. boiling chicken soup (homemade or canned)
Preparation

Season chops to taste, brown chops in oil and season while browning.
Remove from skillet and add vegetables and rice, stir until rice is golden brown.
Stir in broth and thyme.
Put in casserole and top with chops and cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
