Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 or 5 apples, cut small
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add oil and stir.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add gradually to egg, sugar and oil mixture.
Fold in apples, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or a Bundt pan.
Put in a cold oven and cook at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
