Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag broccoli cuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Cook broccoli just to thaw. Drain.
    Mix all ingredients with broccoli except Parmesan cheese.
    Pour ingredients into pie shells. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese each.
    Bake 40 to
    45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Serve.
    Serves 8 to 10.
