Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lean ground beef or chuck
large eggs
onion
green pepper
garlic
Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Put ground beef in a large bowl and crack in at least 2 large eggs, depending on amount of meat being used.
Add some finely chopped onion, green pepper and garlic; then add bread crumbs, just enough to hold together when trying to roll into balls.
Too much bread crumbs will make meat balls dry.
Brown meat balls or just roll and drop into spaghetti sauce.
