Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water or milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Set power select at Medium-high.
    Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 20).
    Arrange in oblong baking dish and heat 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 minutes, draining liquid and rearranging meatballs once.
