Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    sprinkle of ground red pepper
    1 c. rice, cooked
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    salt to taste
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli (leave out at room temperature to get mushy)
Preparation
    Saute chopped medium onion in margarine.
    Add mushroom soup. Mix broccoli, cooked rice, cream of mushroom and sauteed onion in margarine.
    Sprinkle in ground red pepper.
    Salt to taste.
    Mix well in casserole dish.
    Cover evenly on top with melted Cheez Whiz.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
