Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 small jar El Paso taco sauce (hot)
    1 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. cooked, drained breakfast sausage
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Heat until cheese melts. Add more milk if mixture is too thick.
    Serve with tortilla chips (unsalted).
