Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, chopped
1 qt. water
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cut
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. processed cheese, cubed
Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Blend milk and flour well; add to vegetables.
Cook until blended and soup thickens.
Add the cubed cheese and stir until melted.
