Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg and salt.
    Shape into 24 meatballs.
    Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet and brown meatballs. Remove meatballs to bowl.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Heat skillet and drippings to medium heat.
    Stir in flour and 1 teaspoon salt; cook for 1 minute.
    Stir in milk and water, stirring until mixture thickens.
    Add meatballs.
    Heat to medium and cook.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes, rice or noodles.
