Quick Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 egg
    1 c. pancake mix
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend egg and milk.
    Add pancake mix.
    Fold in corn.
    Drop by teaspoon in 1-inch of hot fat.
    Cook for 4 minutes.
    Drain and serve.
