Broccoli Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. soft breadcrumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash tomatoes thoroughly.
Cut off tops and scoop out pulp, leaving shell intact.
Reserve pulp for other uses.
Sprinkle cavities of tomatoes with salt and pepper and invert on wire rack to drain for 30 minutes.
