Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion soup mix, egg, milk and bread (pinched into small pieces) together.
Roll into desired size balls in palms of hands.
Heat oil in frying pan. Put meatballs, one layer at a time and cook until brown on all sides. Remove. Drain oil from pan. Put mushroom soup plus one can of water in pan. Return to heat. Mix until smooth.
Put meatballs into pan. Simmer 20 minutes with lid on. Add more water if necessary. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
