Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. bottom round or rump
    salt and pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 large onions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    4 pieces parsley and celery leaves tied together
Preparation
    Dust beef and brown in oil.
    Take meat out
    and
    put
    in onions and garlic and brown lightly.
    Replace meat\tand add all ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
