Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in bottom of blender.
Blend on low for 3 minutes.
Pour into 2 greased pie plates and let stand for 5 minutes.
Press coconut into mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes or until set.
Makes 2 pies.
