Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
4 oz. can mushrooms
4 oz. can pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. diced Velveeta
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage, onion and celery.
Add and mix the rest of the ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
Bake at 250\u00b0, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
