Skewered Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Place potatoes and water in a casserole dish and cover. Microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes.
    (Stir after 8 minutes.) Drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Stir in potatoes; cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Drain and arrange potatoes on skewers.
    Place on grill over hot coals.
    Grill, covered, about 4 minutes. Rotate; brush with dressing and continue grilling 4 more minutes.
