East Indian Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. orange marmalade
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in saucepot; bring to a boil.
Simmer; stirring until mixture is blended. Remove from heat; cool.
Blend in sour cream.
Mixture thickens slightly on standing.
Cover and place in refrigerator.
Makes 1 cup.
