Company Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    3 eggs, beaten to blend
    1 c. bread crumbs
    10 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. mushrooms
    4 slices Muenster cheese
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Pour beaten eggs over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
    Drain, then dredge in bread crumbs.
    Place 8 tablespoons butter in pan and brown chicken pieces.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    In same pan, add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and cook mushrooms 5 minutes.
    Spoon mixture over chicken.
    Top with cheese. Add broth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
