Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks, hot water, oil, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat well.
    Fold in nuts and pineapple with juice.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture.
    Bake in tube pan for 1 1/4 hours at 300\u00b0.
