Cheese Capers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/2 to 3 tsp. capers
onion to flavor
1 pkg. (6) English muffins, split

Preparation

Cut each muffin half into quarters (8 pieces per muffin).
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spread on toasted muffin.
Broil until bubbly.
Place on paper towel to absorb drippings before serving.
