Eggplant Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, baked until soft, peeled and chopped
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    3 cloves garlic, smashed
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together; form into balls.
    Boil or fry.
    Drain grease.
    Place 1 cup of tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
    Put meatballs on top of sauce.
    Can be covered with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
