Apricot Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. bottled Russian dressing
1/2 c. apricot preserves

Preparation

Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt.
Arrange in 2-quart utility dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Cover dish with waxed paper.
Cook 10 minutes in microwave oven. Turn dish 1/2 turn and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Yields 4 servings.
