Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. persimmon
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until it doesn't stick to sides of pan.
