Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanuts
2 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix well and cook fast to begin with.
When it gets thick, cook on low heat. When it forms a hard ball in the water, take it out.
Add soda.
Spread very thin on baking sheet.
Work fast.
