Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to boiling point.
    Add to Jell-O.
    Stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
    Add buttermilk and pecans.
    Let cool, then add whipped topping.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or large mold.
