Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 Tbsp. oil plus water to equal 6 Tbsp.
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach (optional)
    1 1/2 lb. tofu, mashed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pinch of turmeric
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin and/or celery salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    broccoli, cut fine
Preparation
    Saute together the oil, water and onion, then add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Pour tofu mixture into an 8-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until set.
