Stir-Fried Shrimp Har Lok - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    1 lb. medium raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/4 c. chopped ham for garnish
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In wok or medium saucepan and over high flame, heat oil and salt.
    Brown onion.
    Add green pepper and toss several times.
    Add shrimp and toss several times.
    Pour in ketchup.
    Stir and cover for a minute.
    Stir once more and pour over cooked rice.
    Serve immediately (for 2 persons).
