Chocolate Fudge Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate crumb crust
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. coffee flavored liqueur (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Prepare chocolate crumb crust.
Crust: Combine 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers), 6 tablespoons confectioners sugar, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa and 1/3 cup margarine or butter (melted).
Press firmly on bottom and 1/2-inch up side of 9-inch spring-form pan.
