Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Blend squash, sugar, salt and spices.
    Add eggs and milk, beating until smooth.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake in a hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
    Serve cold.
