Zucchini Soup A La Kenitha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small garlic clove
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
    paprika to taste
    salt to taste
    2 lb. finely cubed zucchini
Preparation
    Slowly saute onion in margarine until soft, but not brown.
    Add 3 cups of water and 3 bouilon cubes.
    Bring to a boil and add zucchini.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
    Cook gently until tender.
    Place mixture in blender and blend until slightly thick.
