Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 small garlic cloves, minced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 c. cooked, cut up shrimp
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Saute first 6 ingredients.
    When sauteed, add shrimp and tomatoes.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Cook additional 5 minutes.
    Soak slice of bread in water and squeeze all water out.
    Add to mixture along with 2 cups cooked rice and 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake 1/2 hour at 450\u00b0.
