Chicken Lo-Cal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place 1 1/2 cups water in pressure pan.
    Arrange chicken and onion in pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 25 to 35 minutes.
