Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 or 2 c. cooked macaroni
2 cans evaporated milk (one large and one small)
1/2 stick butter
1 stick sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
Preparation

In a bowl, toss cooked macaroni and butter.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate a layer of macaroni and a layer of cheese, ending with cheese on top. Whip together milk and egg. Pour over top layer of macaroni and cheese.
Cook in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
