Beer Rocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. ground sausage, hot
4 c. cabbage, shredded
2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Roll out two biscuits together on floured surface, to form a 5-inch circle. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Add cabbage, carrots, water, salt, caraway seed and pepper. Cook until the cabbage and carrots are soft. Place about 3 tablespoons of this mixture in the middle of the circles of dough. Fold the dough towards the center to cover the mixture and form a ball. Put the balls, with pinched edges down, on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
