Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) box fresh mushrooms, washed and stems removed
    1/2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mushroom stems, chopped
    1/4 c. hard salami, chopped
    1/4 c. Cheez Whiz
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Prepare mushrooms and set aside.
    In a saucepan, combine oil, onion and mushroom stems and cook until onion is tender.
    Add salami, Cheez Whiz and catsup and cook until mixture is smooth. Stuff mushroom caps and bake 8 minutes at 425\u00b0.
