Peaches Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 large peaches, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cut in margarine and add milk; knead and divide in fourths.
    Cut 3-inch rounds on ungreased sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Blenderize last 3 ingredients. Split round in half and spread with peach mixture.
