Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish filet (no bones)
    8 to 10 strips bacon
    sliced fresh tomatoes
    1 to 2 onions
    peeled white potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    chopped green pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper
    thyme
    oregano
    paprika
    1/2 to 1 lb. shrimp
    oysters
    crab meat
Preparation
    Use about 1 1/2 or 2 pounds fish filets (no bones), skinned and cut in pieces about 1 1/2-inch square.
    Set aside.
    Use a stew pot sized with the amount of stew to be cooked, be sure there is a cover for the pot.
