Fish Florentine (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Microwave spinach in package for 5 to 6 minutes on High. Arrange in 1-quart dish.
    Layer with mushrooms, then fish in a bowl.
    Combine milk, flour, salt, tarragon, mixing well.
    Add butter.
