Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head medium cabbage
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 to 2 c. boiled chicken
soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Chop vegetables.
Place vegetables in wok, along with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Cook until vegetables are almost done. Add chicken.
Cook 10 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce and chow mein noodles.
