Mini Italian Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian recipe stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    3/4 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. In a large bowl, combine reserved tomato liquid with remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    On baking sheet, shape into 6 (1-inch thick) patties. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
