Carrots Vichy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter (not margarine!)
    parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Place carrots in boiling water with sugar and salt.
    Cover the pot with tight cover and cook until water evaporates.
    Brown carrots in butter.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
