Texas Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 yellow squash, sliced
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 c. Fritos, coarsely crushed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine, melted
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash for 5 minutes in salted water to cover. Drain and use spoon to coarsely mash squash; do not overmash.
    Add remaining ingredients to squash and place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven 30 minutes or until well heated throughout.
