Lemon-Lime Jello Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lime Jell-O
    1 box lemon Jell-O
    1 bar cream cheese
    1 (18 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O as directed on box. Strain pineapple and save juice. Mix pineapple with Jell-O and let gel. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add Cool Whip and blend well. In saucepan, mix pineapple juice, beaten egg yolk, sugar, cornstarch and dash of salt. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Put to the side. Apply cream cheese mixture to the top of Jell-O mixture smoothly. Spoon pineapple mixture on evenly and top with chopped pecans.
