Tangy Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 3 1/2 lb.)
Pineapple Salsa
1/4 c. pineapple juice or water
Preparation

Place chicken in rectangular microwavable dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches.
Prepare Pineapple Salsa.
Place 1 cup of the salsa in blender or food processor.
Add pineapple juice.
Cover and blend about 30 seconds, or process, until well blended; pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining salsa.
