Maude'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cranberries, ground finely
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) boxes cherry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 pt. orange juice
    1/2 pt. chopped celery
    1/2 large can crushed pineapple
    cottage cheese
    mayonnaise
    nuts
Preparation
    Grind cranberries.
    Add sugar and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Mix jello and boiling water.
    Add cranberries, orange juice, celery and pineapple.
    Refrigerate until firm. Serve with cottage cheese, mayonnaise and nuts.
    I usually double the recipe.
