Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lg baking potatoes
    2/3 c flour
    2/3 c butter
    6-7 c milk
    3/4 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    4 green onions, chopped including tops
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
    1 5 oz pkg shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 8 oz carton sour cream
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and prick with fork, bake at 375 F for one hour or until done.
    Let cool and cut lengthwise, scoop out pulp, set aside.
    Chop coarsely, the skins from 3 potatoes and set aside, discard remaining skins.
