Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
4 to 5 c. flour
3 to 5 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
Add remaining 1 cup warm water and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
