Turkey On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stick butter
    c. vinegar
    tsp. salt
    Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Heat grill to about 350\u00b0. Place turkey in pan with 1/2-inch sides; salt and pepper the whole turkey. Put about 1/8 to 1/4-inch water in pan. Place in grill with cover closed and let the water cook off. Do not open the grill for the first hour.
