Honey Mustard Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yogurt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. red or green bell peppers
    1/4 c. red onion, chopped
    3 c. cooked, diced potatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes.
    Fold in potatoes and chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
